Can more than one delegate attend?

Yes this event is for as many delegates as an organisation needs to represent themselves effectively.

How does the appointment scheduling system work if there are two or more delegates attending from one company?

You will need to decide if you wish to have separate appointment schedules or if you wish to work as a team and share one appointment schedule.

If you decide to have separate appointments you will each be entered into the appointment scheduling system and can make individual appointments.

If you wish to work as a team only one delegate per team will be entered into the appointment scheduling system allowing you to make one set of appointment throughout the day which you both / all attend together.

How do I arrange my appointments?

Prior to the workshop, details of all registered organisations and delegates are supplied via the industry leading eSchedule PRO online appointment scheduling system. Log in access is 24 hours per day from anywhere in the world. Organisations with two representatives can double their effectiveness by scheduling simultaneous meetings.

When will the appointment scheduling system open?

In early April you will be sent your username and password to access the appointment scheduling system. The system is open 7 days a week 24 hours a day.

How do I access the appointment System?

Visit the ‘MyWorkshop’ section of the workshop website and enter your username and password that will be sent to you when the system opens.

How do I receive my log in details for the appointment system?

When they system opens you will receive your username and password via email, you will then be able to log into the ‘MyWorkshop’ area of the site and arrange your appointments.

How many appointment are there in the day?

There are 18 appointments during the course of the day, you can also network with delegates during registration, breaks, lunch and of course the networking reception the proceeded the appointments.

What is the dress code?

Appointment System

Log in access is 24 hours per day from anywhere in the world.
Appointment scheduling will open in April 2020.  All registered and paid up delegates will receive their unique log in to enable them to start to manage their schedule during the event.

Appointments are made entirely by you and are all by mutual request, so if you request a meeting with an organisation, they must accept or decline it.  You must do the same.  Do not leave appointment requests unanswered, as this limits other delegates abilities to schedule meetings.

We strongly suggest that you log-in to the system as soon as you receive your username and password.  The delegates with the most successful set of appointments are usually those that enter first.

The next step will be to check over all of your information, contact details and company description.  Your company description and what you are looking to buy/sell is very important and helps other delegates to qualify your meeting potential. Plus this information is used to create your entry in the workshop brochure, so do make sure its accurate and correct!

There will be 18 available appointment slots per delegate, plus plenty of time for networking.  

We use the Marcom eSchedule Pro system for our event.  The successful workshop appointment system offers participants direct and total control over the types of partners they meet during the workshop. Delegates can schedule appointments with each other with ease.

As the event gets closer, participants have fewer common time slots available. Our proprietary Time Matching Wizard suggests solutions to find a matching timeslot. Users simply choose the best option for them and the system automatically reschedules.

List management

Participants can easily compile up to 10 lists. They can then perform group actions on all participants within a list.

Account linking tool

Representatives from the same organisation can link their accounts when they attend an event. They can see colleagues’ schedules, join meetings, transfer meetings and even reply to their meeting requests.

Meeting Location Manager

Whatever the event format, our Meeting Location Manager can handle all situations: shared numbered tables, booths, meeting points and so on.

Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to confirmation. This application is considered as binding and the contract becomes effective with the dispatch of the confirmation.

Participants booking before the 31st January 2020, to make sure that you receive the Early Rate, full payment must be received by the 31st January 2020, if your payment is received after this date, the higher rate will apply.

Participants booking after the 28th February 2020, to make sure that you receive the Standard Rate, full payment must be received by the 28th February 2020, if your payment is received after this date, the higher rate will apply.

Participants cancelling their participation can do so in writing up to 8 weeks prior to the event will be charged with 50% of the full participation fees. Thereafter the full amount is payable. No refund is available after receipt of the attendance list, which is considered the intellectual property of the event. Substitutions are allowed.

The Members price for this event is strictly for those organisations that have a fully paid up subscription fee for the period covering the event date. If you have yet to pay your subscription fees for the period 2020/21 please contact Helen Leigh payments@betauk.com

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the programme timings or venue. BETA will not accept liability for any transport distribution or individual delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply.
