Hosted buyers are subject to an application process and will be required to submit trading references. Successful buyers will benefit from an extended programme of optional events and familiarisation visits.

To qualify you must complete and return an application form. Your application will be vetted and a number of agents from each country will be selected for attendance. If your application is successful, you will be notified in writing within 7 days from your date of application.

Schedule up to 52 meetings across two events, with key UK suppliers from the following segments: 

youth accommodation (hotels, homestay, student residences)

language schools, residential camps, educational providers

cultural and special interest tour operators

attractions, sightseeing, theatre, restaurants, groups meals

transport (air, rail, coach, car)

The autumn Youth Travel Workshop will take place online on 10-11 October 2023

Event Format

  • The event will be split into two half day sessions
  • 10 October 2023:  13:30hrs – 18:30hrs BST
  • 11 October 2023:  09:00hrs – 13:00hrs BST
  • You will have a maximum of 26 appointments
  • Appointments will be pre-scheduled in advance using Marcom eSchedule
  • On the day your meetings will be held via zoom integration
