Yes! this event is for as many delegates as an organisation needs to represent themselves effectively

How does the appointment scheduling system work if there are two or more delegates attending from one company?

You will need to decide in advance if you wish to have separate appointment schedules or if you wish to work as a team and share one appointment schedule.

What will I need?

You’ll need access to a reliable internet connection, a microphone and a webcam. We will provide you with a personalised Marcom eSchedule account to enable you to make appointments in advance and take your appointments on the day

When will appointment scheduling open?

The meeting schedule will open approximately 2 weeks prior to the event to enable you to build your schedule

How do I create my personal meeting schedule?

Detailed profiles of all participants will be loaded up onto the meeting system where you’ll be able to request and accept view appointments

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made without charge anytime before the appointment scheduling process starts. Once you have received access to the event database, 100% cancellation fees apply.
