Hosted Buyers
The Hosted Buyer confirms that they will not use the Workshop for their own commercial purposes by trying to sell or offer their services or products (e.g. advertisements in their publications or website, tours, fairs, or other products and services such as insurance, telephone cards etc.)
The Hosted Buyer agrees to secure a full set of appointments prior to the event taking place. If a significant number of scheduled appointments are missed, the Hosted Buyer will be fully and solely responsible for all workshop fees. Hosted Buyer will be required to submit their appointment schedules prior to the closing of the event.
Cancellation policy
Hosted Buyer registrations are free of charge, however, a credit card will be required to guarantee your place at the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing before:
- Spring YTW: 06 March 2023 or receipt of the delegate database, whichever comes first
Cancellations received after these dates will be liable for the full standard fee (£210 + VAT). BETA reserve the right to charge your credit card. Substitutions are allowed.
Attendees list
The details of participants, accessed via the Marcom eSchedule PRO, are for one-time use in connection with Youth Travel Workshop 2023 and may not be duplicated or shared with a third party.
Book With Confidence
If you’re sick with COVID-19 symptoms or test positive with COVID-19 within 14 days of the event, you can cancel by emailing our events manager helenleigh@betauk.com You’ll be asked to verify this with documentation, and at that point a full refund will be rewarded.
If an attendee has booked and then chooses not to attend, the place can be re-allocated to another person without any administration fee.
Eligibility
BETA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject an application without assigning a reason and applications will only be considered for acceptance from applicants whose products are, in the opinion of BETA, compatible with the theme of the event.
Your registration
Your accepted registration entitles you to access to the online event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and BETA shall have no liability for such costs.
By participating in the online event you acknowledge and agree to grant BETA the right at the online event to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to BETA includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
You acknowledge and agree that BETA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the online event, including but not limited to, the online event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time. Online event content shall be recorded by BETA and will be accessible to paid Participants.
BETA will not accept liability for individual delays or system failures during the online event and in such circumstances the no refund will apply.
Event guide listing & Marcom eSchedule PRO profile
The information provided by participants in their registration form will inform their Event Guide entry and Marcom eSchedule PRO profile. Participants are responsible for notifying BETA of any errors or omissions in any data and no liability shall attach to BETA in respect of undisclosed errors or omissions.
