This sponsorship package is restricted to BETA members only and aims to provide you with maximum visibility for a 6 month period, plus visibility across three main websites and over £1500 of additional benefits!
The package includes:
- Headline partner status at the event and full visibility for over two website for 6 months
- Attendance for x1 delegate at the event including Marcom eSchedule Pro Account to manage meetings
- 1x exhibition stand at the event to hold meetings

Advertising in Manual
To accompany the event BETA will produce the official event manual. This valuable tool contains complete information on all attending companies and delegates, making it a well used document year-round. The following advertising opportunities are available: Back Cover: £550 + VAT (sold) Inside Front Cover: £450 + VAT (sold) Inside Back Cover: £450 + VAT In addition to your print advertisement in the brochure, all advertisers will receive: Logo and live link on the homepage of the Youth Travel Workshop website Plus a dedicated page within the sponsors section to include logo, URL & description
Delegate Lanyards
What better way to boost your brand than to have all delegates walking around with it around their necks! The price shown below is for lanyards delivered complete. Additional costs may apply for co-branding. Lanyards (supplied complete) + £500 + VAT
Lunch
Some might say that this is the most important part of the day! Attracting all attending delegates for continued networking. Sponsorship of this element will ensure that your brand is firmly in front of our stakeholders and partners. You will have the opportunity to brand and display materials on tables, menus and throughout the lunch area. The cost of this sponsorship is £1500 + VAT
Drinks reception
At the end of the long day of meetings, delegate can relax with an informal drinks reception. Sponsorship of this element will ensure that your brand is firmly in front of our stakeholders and partners. You will have the opportunity to brand and display materials throughout the area and to take ownership over this important event.
